Eligibility:
Exchanges are only applicable for damaged merchandise. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Exchange requests for damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be considered.
Exchange for the Same Product:
We will exchange the damaged product for the same item, subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
Return Shipping:
We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged merchandise. Return shipping costs for the damaged item will be covered by Nitro Junkie Cosmetics.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not offered for damaged merchandise. Exchanges for the same product or an alternative item will be the sole resolution.
